Challenge: i360 needed a unified content strategy to support both awareness and demand generation for its complex data analytics products. I worked across product, sales, and design teams to ensure clarity and cohesion across all assets—whether technical or storytelling-driven. This included ghostwriting thought leadership pieces and refreshing long-form case studies to be more skimmable, visual, and persuasive.
