Challenge: Transform a growing raw data product focused on population and migration trends into a polished, credible AI analytics brand. The product had powerful insights but zero brand presence, limited marketing assets, and scattered cohesion between teams. The goal was to develop a scalable identity that could communicate complex data in a clear, compelling way to multifamily real estate investment businesses.
Solution: I led the creation of the CENSAI brand from scratch—starting with naming, positioning, and visual identity. I directed the development of a clear brand narrative that humanized the data and communicated its real-world impact. Working closely with external agency, dev, product, and executive stakeholders, I oversaw the design and launch of CensaiAnalytics.com, created foundational assets including pitch decks, and help build brand guidelines to support future growth and consistency across all channels.
